Teulu House (Teulu - Welsh word for family) is purpose built with your comfort as the number one priority. Based on a courtyard design it offers wheelchair friendly, total privacy in superb comfort.
Teulu House can luxuriously accommodate singles, couples, or parents and a couple of kids. The house has two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite in addition to the luxurious bathing room, all with magnificent water views. Bedroom 1 has a king double bed and bedroom 2 can be set up with a king double or two single beds.
Sited on an acre of land located in the beautiful and peaceful hamlet of Nungurner, the property is just 10 minutes from Metung, its restaurants, hotel and Hot Springs and just 15 minutes from Lake Entrance.
The modern kitchen is fully appointed with an induction cooktop and oven, microwave, expresso coffee machine and grinder, dishwasher, stainless steel benchtop and kitchen pantry basics.
With a patio on the lake side, and an enclosed courtyard complete with an outdoor shower, BBQ and outdoor dining setting, the house caters for all seasons.

Notes
Please note that our rates are based on the number of guests (after two guests). At the time of booking this will calculated automatically in your booking fee.
If you choose to add an additional guest/s after booking, an additional fee of $35 per guest per night will be charged.
Infants under two years old are free (do not include in your guest count). A porta cot with linen, for infants under two, is available for use for $25 per stay as an add-on at checkout. We have a high-chair available upon request, at no cost.
Please also note that for two guest bookings we typically only set up one bedroom and bathroom. If the second bedroom and ensuite is required for a two-person booking, please select this as an add-on at checkout. We charge $45 per stay to cover cost of setup, laundering and cleaning.

房子很漂亮，所有东西都很齐全。去附近景点都在20分钟左右的时间，适合两家人休闲度假。 The house is beautiful and everything is well equipped. It takes about 20 minutes to go to nearby attractions, which is suitable for two families to relax.

Beyond Magnificent
Top notch architecturl design, the interior design is beautiful. There are 2 magnificant en suite bedrooms with a separate dedicated glorious bath. Perfect attention to detail and cleanliness. Well stocked very clean pantry for all basic needs with a good selection of spices, olive oil etc. Fresh bread, jam, honey, oats etc. Magnificent view. Washing machine Easy walk to the jetty.

We had a lovely four nights at this faultless property. It was spotlessly clean with luxurious linen and an excellently equipped kitchen and lots of seperate spaces for relaxing and looking at the stunning view. A walk and swim off the Nungurner jetty was a highlight. Highly recommend.

My wife baby and I absolutely adored our stay at Andrew and Annette’s. Their house is absolutely stunning. Location is beautiful. The Vista is incredible and the house is styled so beautifully that we felt right at home. Honestly, couldn’t have had a better stay.

Andy and Annette have a gem of a place here, extremely well thought out, I even took some notes as to the clever positioning and amenities. There is a magical view across the lakes and the house was quite central meaning Metung and Lakes Entrance are a quick drive away. We had a wonderful time with the family and there was even some card and board games to play when we weren’t admiring the view. I would give it six stars if I could. We’d definitely live to stay there again.

Andy and Annette are very friendly hosts, very responsive and gave clear directions and instructions. We loved the place, the house is beautifully designed both inside and it, and the bathrooms and bath are fantastic. Suited our family of 4 perfectly with a close drive to nearby Metung Hot Springs and Lakes Entrance.

Architektonisches Highlight und wunderschön! Alles war exakt wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, super sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Fantastisch. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und Andrew & Annette waren immer gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch Babyequipment wurde uns bereit gestellt. Es war wunderbar - vielen Dank! Architectural highlight and beautiful! Everything was exactly as seen in the pictures, super clean and lovingly prepared. Fantastic. We felt very comfortable right away and Andrew & Annette were always easy to reach and very helpful. Baby equipment was also provided to us. It was wonderful - thank you very much!

We had high hopes for Teulu House when we found Andy and Annette's property listing..... and it completely surpassed our expectations! By far the best property we've ever stayed at. Designed and styled so uniquely, it blends beautifully into the peaceful bush setting. Everything has been thought of. Wonderful quality bedding and towels etc. So well stocked with pantry basics, coffee beans etc. Lovely local products in the bathrooms. Sit outside (lakeside) in the morning and drink your coffee, listen to the myriad of birds waking up, while watching the water of the Gippsland Lakes, sparkle as the sun rises. Or sit in the enclosed court yard, cook up a BBQ, take a (private) outdoor shower and listen to the calming water feature. Take a 5 min walk thru the bush to the Nungurner Jetty, or take a soak in the bath while enjoying the view of the lakes from the window! The property is immaculate and we can't wait to come back again!
Fabulous Getaway
Beautiful home & setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Private yet handy to whatever interests you in the area/region. The bird life is stunning & fascinating to watch from the front deck. We loved it. Very well equipped kitchen including fantastic set up supplies & breakfast foods. I look forward to visiting again.We liked everything about it.
